Returns policy

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery if they’re unused and in their original packaging. BIGBRANDS manages the return with the store on your behalf.

   Go to My orders, open a delivered order and choose the item you'd like to return.

   Tell us why

   Pick a reason and add a note or photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

   We review it

   BIGBRANDS reviews your request — you never need to deal with the store directly.

   Collection & refund

   We arrange collection where applicable and process your refund once the item is received.
